Christopher Neary is the CEO and President of Vertical Source. Neary has been working in the apparel industry since 1995. He graduated from Ursinus College with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and minors in Economics and Finance.

Beginning in 1995, Neary worked as a Buyer at Buckman Ski Shops, a 5-store chain based in Ardmore, Pennsylvania. From 1996-1998, he worked at D. H. Blair, in investment banking on Wall Street. Then, from 1998-1999, Neary worked in government contracting for Intamar Logistics, a clothing manufacturer for the U.S. Department of Defense. In 2000, Neary began a 13-year long career as a sub-contracted Sales Agent for Concept III Textiles International.

March 2003 marks his founding of Vertical Source, a company specializing in private-label garment production. Today, Vertical Source is positioned as a global leader providing apparel solutions to some of the most significant brands around the world.

Charles Moran attended John Carol University in Cleveland Ohio, majoring in Accounting and Finance. He started work at Merrill Lynch on Wall Street right out of college and worked there for three years before starting his own retail business.

In 1991, Moran moved to Connecticut, joining an architecture firm as an in-house interior designer. In 1997, he created his own interior design business, moving the business to Red Bank, New Jersey in 2002. After the recession, Moran decided to close his business and, in 2010, joined Christopher Neary at Vertical Source, overseeing all financial and administrative duties for the company.

Brad McCann

Managing Partner, Vertical Design Group

Brad McCann is a vision-driven executive with an impressive 27 years of achievements in the apparel industry. During his career, Brad has expertly developed and executed top-selling product lines, high-level product launches, innovative marketing strategies and global brand initiatives.

In 2003, Brad launched Platform Product Solutions, an industry-leading, full-service design company specializing in apparel and accessories for a variety of outdoor/active-wear. In 2014, Platform Product Solutions merged with Vertical Source, forming Vertical Design Group, adding innovative, and cutting-edge design capabilities to Vertical Source’s existing expertise.

In addition to his executive roles, Brad serves as a regular contributor for London-based Worth Global Style Network (, the world’s leading online research, trend analysis and news service for the many interrelated fashion, style and sport industries. He has also served on various panels as a worldwide authority on apparel design and marketing.
